Daniel Diaz-Granados – Attorney & Founder


Daniel Diaz- Granados earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Colorado at Boulder and his Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law. Daniel worked for several years as an attorney in the Oil and Gas industry before founding Granados & Associates. He now focuses his efforts on helping injury victims, and their loved ones obtain the compensation they deserve. Daniel's strength lies in his compassion for the people he represents. He is aggressive, tenacious, and passionate about advocating for and protecting his clients.


His dedication to his law practice drives him to excel, and using his vast knowledge of the law, Daniel provides the best possible representation for every client. Being of Colombian descent, Daniel possesses a native fluency in Spanish.


Him and his wife Karen have two young children who are also active in the community. The Diaz-Granados family has always sought to give back to the community by supporting local charities such as the Susan G Komen Breast Cancer Society (Race for the Cure), Alzheimer's Association (Walk to End Alzheimer), MS Society (MS 150), Boys & Girls Club of Houston as well as local youth sports teams and other charitable organizations.

Tomas Lopez – Criminal Defense Attorney


Mr. Lopez is a zealous advocate for the wrongfully accused. His passion for justice guides him in every aspect of his representation.


His keen intellect and expansive knowledge of the law make him a formidable criminal defense attorney whose only goal is securing the best outcome for his clients. He has secured countless dismissals and reductions for hundreds of his clients by using top-tier negotiating skills. Before attending law school in Florida, Mr. Lopez received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Houston.


He was born and raised in south Texas and is a devout husband and father. He is a fierce competitor on the golf course, and it is there that he has learned many of the same attributes that are necessary to be successful at all levels in life.

Karen Diaz-Granados – Office Manager


As co-founder of the firm and Daniel’s wife, Karen keeps the wheels turning—coordinating care, ensuring smooth communication, and helping clients navigate the claims process from start to finish. Karen brings warmth and a personal touch to every interaction, reinforcing the family atmosphere that sets the firm apart. Clients often mention Karen by name when recommending the firm, knowing she’ll always put their needs first.

Jeanette Muniz – Senior Paralegal


Jeannette Muniz is a Senior Paralegal at Granados and Associates , bringing over 18 years of dedicated experience in the legal field. Recognized for her professionalism, attention to detail, friendly, caring, and client-focused approach, Jeannette is committed to providing exceptional support to clients during challenging times. Her dedication, integrity, and strong work ethic make her a trusted advocate and an invaluable asset to the legal team.


Jeannette is an active member of the Paralegal Division State Bar of Texas and the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA). She is also a commissioned Notary Public for the State of Texas. She holds multiple academic credentials, including a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences Leadership and Management Entrepreneurship (B.A.A.S), Associate in Applied Science Paralegal Studies (A.A.S.), and Associate of Arts General Studies (A.A.), reflecting her strong foundation in business, law, and professional administration.
